About Me

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. My childhood portrait is... pockets full of rocks, splashing in the creek, summertimes in my grandparents' garden. I love my family. Nature is my guide. The ocean opened my senses to the world. Literature, art, and music opened me up even more. I went to Colorado seeking new expressions of culture. I found that and so much more. I moved to Miami and lived on a sailboat for two years while working downtown. I'm grateful to my teachers. The fire of inner work tempers my spirit. Now, I have forged my sword and my shield and am seeking battlefields to apply myself and revive everything sacred to this life.

I believe the highest purpose is to serve the greatest good of all. That's why I always seek to align my work with this vision. My prayer is to awaken the heart of humanity and spread awareness about regenerative practices for the earth for the well-being of our future generations. Together, we can surely make this happen.

With a balance of technical and creative aptitude, I love to transform products and organizations. My educational background is mechanical engineering and creative writing with career paths in product management. I have worked across various industries including marketing, hospitality, e-commerce, and fin-tech.

Meditation has been foundational to my personal development. It is also an amazing tool to access the creative intelligence within and guides my professional and creative work.
